The National Bank club officially contracted with Ahmed Ali, the striker of the Pyramids club, for two seasons.
Al-Ahly Bank promoted for the first time in its history the 2020/2021 Premier League competition.
Ahmed Ali signed in the presence of Sayed Marei, Mido Hazin, and Hamada Hashem, director of contracts at the National Bank.
Ahmed Ali is scheduled to attend the bank’s exercises starting tomorrow, Wednesday, in preparation for the new season.
Muhammad Yusuf, the technical director of the National Bank club, apologized to the officials of the Iraqi Police Club for not training the team in the next stage.
Youssef’s apology came in respect of his contract with the National Bank club in light of the full support he receives from the Board of Directors headed by Major General Ashraf Nassar.
In his message to Iraqi police officials, Muhammad Yusuf said that he respects the club, which he previously held twice as leadership, and has a strong relationship with the green guitar fans.
He indicated that he respected the contract he concluded with the National Bank club, which prevents him from accepting the offer, which is what Iraqi club officials understood.
