A woman riding a bus in Brooklyn was injured after someone fired at the transport vehicle and the projectile entered the back of the vehicle, according to police reports.
The incident happened on Fulton Street around 2.30 in the afternoon.
The B25 bus was stopped by traffic when several shots were fired that entered the back of the bus, according to the MTA.
The 70-year-old woman was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
There are no detainees, but the police are looking for a suspect who is wearing a red or orange jacket and white sneakers.
The investigation continues.
