It is the only sensible decision, also from a financial point of view, ”explains Anja Barlen-Herbig, Managing Director of Einbeck Marketing GmbH. “Alternatively, we are now planning a winter magic in the old town of Einbeck, which will take place from the end of January to the end of February. We can only hope that the development of the infection will have relaxed a little by then. “

Einbeck will still present itself for Christmas. The traditional Christmas lights will shine in time for the first Advent. The traditional Christmas tree will decorate the market square and the many hundreds of lights on the traditional candle arches will shine in the windows. In addition, Einbeck Marketing will distribute 50 more decorated fir trees throughout the city center. “Christmas is the festival of contemplation and Einbeck will present itself with a festive atmosphere – with atmospheric lighting and Christmas trees to create an Advent atmosphere.”
