The 11th generation Civic will soon see. Its appearance is indicated by a newly revealed concept, from which the finished car should not be too different.

Although Honda Civic Celebrates 50 years of existence, a prototype of the eleventh generation arrives with a rather inconspicuous and elegant appearance. Not much will change for series production. Honda says the vision is very close to the finished model, which will arrive on the same platform as its predecessor early next year.

So far, the Civic XI has emerged as a sedan in a distinctive orange color and on nineteen-inch black wheels. Honda will offer shade and footwear in production. We notice the redesigned front part with a more pronounced mask and more aggressive LED headlights. From the profile, the car somehow develops the style of its predecessor. This is also confirmed by engineers, according to whom the novelty has a lower and wider effect on the eye, but in reality it has very similar dimensions to its predecessor.

At the back, we also notice the LED lights, as well as the subtle indication of the spoiler on the boot lid. The icing is the two round tailpipes, each on one side. Honda stated at the premiere that the Civic will arrive in two body variants as a hatchback and a sedan (in some markets, a three-door coupe was also sold, this says goodbye) and of course there will also be a sharp design on offer. Type R. We still have to wait for its technical specification, but the Japanese confirmed the great news that it will arrive with the manual!
One picture also gives us an insight into the interior. We notice a free-standing screen of the multimedia system in the middle, which, however, still has physical buttons indicated on the side. And the classic controls also remain lower for setting the temperature and air conditioning. The steering wheel has a narrow rim and apparently a more modern button concept. It is said that Honda still wants to offer good ergonomics and a view with the new cab, but at the same time the simplified interior layout is inspired Hondou E. The impoverished Civic will not be left with the possibility of a digital instrument panel.

We must not forget the set of safety and assistance systems Honda Sensing. The manufacturer is not specific yet, but says it will offer a plethora of new active and passive safety assistants. But we have to wait for their overview, as well as the technical specifications, until the first quarter of this year, when the Honda Civic XI will be officially introduced in series.
