Mogán installs illuminated panels with information at taxi stands

The City Council of Mogán, in Gran Canaria, has installed a new illuminated signage in the taxi ranks of the municipality.

Specifically in those located in Puerto Rico, Arguineguín and Playa de Mogán, three of the busiest stops in the municipality, according to the Councilor for Transportation, Víctor Gutiérrez.

The goal of these new posters is:

“Offer users all the information on routes, distances, rates, contact routes and other complementary services available such as vehicles adapted for people with reduced mobility.”

The new posters have been placed on a metal pole connected to public lighting to facilitate their consultation at night.

Gutiérrez has pointed out that this is only the beginning with regard to the provision of illuminated signs to the taxi ranks of the municipality.

“We continue to respond to the demands of the sector and therefore we will progressively install this improvement in other stops and we will also continue with the placement of new canopies.”
