JawaPos.com – Apple since October 2020 began marketing the line smartphone the latest, the iPhone 12 Series. In the new Apple smartphone series, there are four new iPhone 12 models including the iPhone 12 Mini, the standard iPhone 12, the iPhone 12 Pro, and the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Unfortunately, for the iPhone 12 Mini, consumers have complained about technical problems with the device. It was reported that the purchased handset was having problems with the screen.
Some of the early iPhone 12 mini buyers had an unpleasant experience with Apple’s new, smaller handset. MacRumors, Apple Forums, and Reddit users reported that the Mini 12’s touch screen is partially unresponsive when the device is locked.
They will not only have a hard time throwing the camera or flashlight, but even swiping up to unlock using their thumb. Another finger works, but it’s not very useful for this phone designed for one-handed use.
Some users suspect that the problem may be with conduction or grounding. Sometimes the problem seems to be resolved when the device is plugged in or used without envelope.
Apple itself has not commented on this issue. It is unclear to what extent this problem affects consumers. However, it wasn’t a good start for the iPhone, which many consider a standout model in its lineup.
