Prague From Wednesday, November 18, 15 people instead of ten are allowed to attend weddings, funerals or services. This follows from the amendment of the measure restricting free movement in the Czech Republic, which was approved by the government on Monday. The cabinet modified the document to correspond to the measures according to the risk score of the anti-epidemic system PES. The exemption from the ban on free movement will now also apply to sports on outdoor sports grounds.

According to current measures against the spread of coronavirus, ten people can attend mass indoor events, including weddings and funerals. The new measure, the duration of which is currently set until the end of the state of emergency on 20 November, changes this number to 15 in accordance with the fifth stage of the PES table.

At present, measures for the fifth, ie worst degree, apply in the Czech Republic. If the number remains below 75 until Wednesday, the ministry will propose to the government to relax the measure. It could probably apply from next Monday. Currently, the risk score in the Czech Republic is 70 out of 100. In the fourth degree, 20 people would be allowed for weddings, funerals or services. In the next stages then 30, 50 and in the best first stage 100 people.
The Cabinet also included in the crisis measure another exception to the ban on free stay of persons during the day. To the exception for a trip for the purpose of staying in nature or a park, he added the possibility of free movement for the purpose of sports on outdoor sports grounds. Other exceptions concern, among other things, travel to work, to family, relatives or to the doctor.
