Avrillé: an attractive real estate market and less competitive than Angers

Located to the north-west of Angers and served by the tramway, Avrillé is one of the most populous municipalities in France, just like Ponts-de-Cé, Saint-Barthélémy-d’Anjou, Beaucouzé and Loire-Authion. the urban community (EPCI- Angers Loire Métropole. price per square meter in Avrillé, a green municipality resolutely turned towards sustainable development, is 18% lower than in the nearby Angers. However, by prospecting in Avrillé rather than Angers, it is not so much boost its real estate purchasing power that a buyer will aim only to benefit from:
- Less fierce competition between buyers.
- Proximity to urban amenities.
- Of the possibility of having a little ground.
- A good – if not better – quality of life.
