The 14-year-old victim was rudely removed from his bicycle, knocked to the ground and received several kicks to the head. Eventually he ended up in a ditch. A passerby intervened and alerted the police.
“The 14-year-old victim was completely defenseless against the beating and kicking group,” police said. The perpetrators initially managed to escape, but were later arrested.

The police are looking for witnesses. Because more than four youths may have been involved in the abuse, the police does not rule out that more suspects will be arrested.
The police are still investigating whether the perpetrators knew the boy or whether he was a random victim. The victim was taken to hospital for examination. It is not known how he is doing now.
