Film actor Armen Jigarhanyan has gone to eternity

“Unfortunately, Armen Borisovich died. His heart stopped at six in the morning,” Sogomonyan said.

Jigarhyan was among the most famous Soviet and Russian film actors. He has starred in more than 250 tapes.

Among the most well-known roles in Jigarhanyan’s cinema are works in films such as “Hello, I am your aunt”, “No meeting place”, “Tehran 43”, “Passport” and “Zero City”.

Jigarhyan was born in Yerevan on October 3, 1935.

Since 1996, he has been the president and artistic director of the Moscow Dramatic Theater.
