As a manager, you lead the international nurse team in the DACH region over two levels and develop it further. You are responsible for the entire program and project in this service line. This includes the content, its implementation as well as the control of the budget and all other resources. You design the content, develop the offer conceptually and thus ensure further growth, profitability, quality and sustainability of the service. You interact with a large number of Ashfield internal and external partners and interfaces that include managers, customers and specialists. You present in international meetings, lead project meetings and deliver reports. YOUR PROFILE Ideally, you have practical experience in patient care as a trained, registered nurse and then have further qualified for management tasks in a healthcare training course. You are an experienced manager and already have a team managed and further developed. Ideally, this was done on two management levels and in a team with remote or virtual structures. You have relevant experience in conceptual and strategic work in a commercial service environment with supraregional responsibility.
