The focus of the activities of the Marketing department is on increasing the awareness of the respective disease among doctors, the affected specialist groups in the health care system and in the public. This takes place via campaigns, information materials, events, the pharmaceutical field service, press activities and multi-channel channels, the content and distribution of which is controlled by the marketing department.
** You support the team in various tasks, such as B. **
+ Management of the promotional materials and support in the approval processes
+ Support in the organization and implementation of local events and congresses
+ Coordination of agencies
+ Support in updating websites
+ Creation of mailings and internal communications
** Support with general administrative tasks: **
+ Booking of trips
+ Creation of travel expense reports
+ Support with general administrative tasks
** You should bring that with you … **
+ You are well versed in using the PC (especially MS Office applications)
+ You ideally have some practical experience in marketing
+ You have a good command of English (ideally spoken and written)
+ You enjoy teamwork
+ You are motivated and have an independent and careful way of working
