The New York Police are investigating two attempted rapes in Queens, which would be related.
The first case occurred around 1 pm The NYPD said the victim is a 15-year-old minor, who was attacked by a man dressed in black and orange.
The suspect tried to remove her pants, but the young woman managed to fight and run home, where she alerted family members.
Minutes later, around 1:10 p.m., a 24-year-old woman was reportedly attacked by the same suspect near Woodhaven Boulevard and Forest Park Drive, not far from the first incident.
Police say the suspect removed his pants, but the victim managed to escape the attack while trying to remove the rest of his clothing.
