Tuscany, 12 November 2020 – The president of Tuscany, Eugenio Giani, signed a new ordinance tonight new to regulate the movements outside the municipality and the activity of cultural centers during this phase of the Covid emergency. In particular, travel to a municipality other than that of residence, domicile or home is allowed in these cases: To reach the second homesindividually, for maintenance and repair activities with the obligation to return within the day; to carry out activities or use goods and services that are suspended and not available in their own Municipality; in the case of your Municipality does not have specific sales points or in case it is necessary to urgently purchase basic necessities not available in your municipality; to separated or divorced persons to visit minors in municipalities of different areas from the other parent; for the activities of harvesting and pressing of olives, also to go to and from the mills; for the activity of collecting truffles, mushrooms and fishing activities carried out on a professional basis, these activities carried out on an amateur basis can be exercised exclusively in one’s own Municipality; to look after farmed animals. For cultural centers, social centers and recreational centers, the ordinance allows, exclusively for the benefit of their respective members, to carry out catering with home delivery in compliance with the hygiene and health regulations, as well as catering with take-away up to 22.00, with a ban of consumption on the spot or nearby.
