Dr. Mann Abdul-Maqsoud, Secretary General of the General Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment, made an inspection visit to Aswan Hospital for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment, accompanied by Dr. Raghda Al-Gamil, Director General of the Addiction Treatment Department at the General Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment and a delegation from the World Health Organization to follow up the progress of work inside the hospital and inform the guests On the curative, rehabilitative and educational services provided by the hospital to beneficiaries of mental health services in the southern Upper Egypt sector and the foreign communities.
And the accompanying delegation visited the internal departments, the suite of psychiatric clinics, specialized clinics, hepatitis clinics, and laboratories.
She met with Dr. Zahra Muhammad Shaheen, General Director of Aswan Hospital for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment, and Dr. Mahmoud Badr El Din Mohamed, Deputy Director of Aswan Hospital for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment, to listen to basic needs and future visions and made many observations, which contribute to improving and developing the level of services provided to citizens.
