Job Description:
For a project with our bank customer with the option to extend it until mid-2021 in Biel or Zurich, we are looking for several administrators – mortgages / loans. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for processing loan products for the business areas in Switzerland.
Qualifications
- Experience as a clerk in mortgage and loan processing / customer advisor in the field of mortgages or business studies with administrative flair

Experience in managing mortgage credit is mandatory

Proven know-how in the Swiss credit and mortgage system as well as knowledge of notary and land register law is an advantage

Experience in data acquisition and contract drafting as well as in making payments and in the independent drafting of contracts

Excellent manners, high customer orientation and great pleasure in administrative activities

Fluent in German, French an advantage

- Independent preparation of loan agreements with the necessary loan documents

Mapping and managing credit structures and collateral in the bank’s own IT systems

Creation of promises to pay and execution of payments

Correspondence and dialogue with land registry offices, notaries, banks and insurance companies

Order-related contact with customer advisors and credit officers
