Next OnePlus Nord steals from 8T and Apple (leaked)

The upcoming OnePlus Nord SE is clearly borrowing from Apple, but is also taking over the 8T’s monster battery.

After the OnePlus Nord, the Chinese smartphone brand knew very well that they budget gold. That is why they recently came up with the second batch of Nord smartphones, the N10 and N100. And OnePlus is far from ready, because we are already getting information about the next one, the OnePlus Nord SE. That will be a budget device with an Apple name and an 8T top battery.

OnePlus Nord SE

The smartphone brand is working on a new smartphone in the budget lineup with the denominator Nord SE, it reports AndroidCentral. Insiders let the media know that the brand is clearly inspired by Apple with the SE name. Where the iPhone SE is also the cheapest iPhone, OnePlus goes with the Nord SE for a small upgrade.

For example, the device would be equipped with an AMOLED panel; a step forward compared to the N10 series. The upcoming device will take over the Snapdragon 765G from the original Nord.

Killer battery

But the main upgrade is in the field of the battery. The Nord SE is said to get a 4500mAh with 65W charging. This gives the device the same battery specs as the OnePlus 8T. That means a full charge within 40 minutes.

The medium does not have a release date, but the insider would have said that the OnePlus Nord SE will be announced shortly after the OnePlus 9. We are reportedly looking at the upcoming OP smartphone in March next year, so that would place the upcoming SE sometime in the spring. It will be interesting to see which price segment the device is going to hold.
