Hotman Paris Hutapea appear to be a party attorney Maybank in the case of the disappearance of the named customer’s money Winda ‘Earl’ Lunardi. He commented on things that were also conveyed by Winda’s party. A new chapter begins.
Winda’s party itself is pressing for back Rp.22 billion. The money disappeared, leaving Rp. 600 thousand in the account. One person with the initials A has been declared a suspect by the police, he is the Head of the Cipulir Maybank Branch.
“Basically Winda and her family’s wish is to return it (the savings that have been collected). If you can return it, yes, return it. But also the fair one. Yes, calculate the interest if it is fair. Winda does not agree that the Rp 22 billion return must wait for verification in court first, as argued by President Director of Maybank Indonesia Taswin Zakaria.

Isn’t it true that if a person complains, he has the money right, only he has the right to take it, now he wants to take it, the condition when opening the savings is there is no waiting for a court decision? when contacted, Sunday (8/11).
Hotman Paris, who claimed to have received power from Maybank since July 2020, is now talking about the same issue, namely whether Winda’s money will return or not. So will the money go back to Winda?
“It will be returned if it is clear who was involved,” said Hotman during a press conference at the Jetski Cafe, Pluit, Jakarta, Monday (9/11).
