We’ve only just finished Little Hope, or we are already treated to the first images of the new story in The Dark Pictures Anthology. In the House of Ashes-teaser we can already see a bit which way things will go. It seems that we are allowed to take on the role of a group of soldiers who are looking for a dark secret somewhere in a tomb in a desert.
Like Little Hope and before that Man of Medan is House of Ashes a completely self-contained story. With The Dark Pictures Anthology Supermassive Games wants to scare us at not too long intervals with various horror stories that revolve around making choices and keeping your group alive.
House of Ashes should be released sometime in 2021 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC.
