“My father has been a Maybank customer for a long time and my father opened a savings account for future savings. So as it is known, future savings are just to be put, his name is to save, there are no things he wants to do other than to save. It’s just for saving, “Winda told reporters at a press conference at Hotel Falatehan, South Jakarta, Monday (9/11/2020).
On this basis, Winda felt strange and questioned the disappearance of the money that she had never taken. Because in truth, the money in the account in his name was still intact and did not decrease in amount.
“So we also find it strange that if suddenly it disappears, it is questionable and this needs to be emphasized from the start, the funds that have been deposited from my father for my future savings, have never been authorized by me and without my knowledge or my consent to transfer funds. So the fund account that is already a savings account in my name should remain in the savings account, that’s all I can say, “he said.
Winda said he never touched future savings. For this reason, he said that the transactions that occurred to other parties were without his knowledge.
“It is not at all, as I have said from the start, that future savings should not be confused with the term like that and as I have said from the start, all funds that come in when there are transactions or activities that occur in that account without the knowledge of the agreement. So there is absolutely no authorization from me to carry out these transactions, including Prudential ones, “he said.
