The Ministry of Health and Population provided 6 daily advice that works to promote mental health, in one of the awareness publications that fall under the slogan of the presidential initiative “100 million health”, where the advice included the following:

Make time to do the things you love.
Maintain personal hygiene.
Exercise regularly.
Make time for work and time to rest.
Eat healthy meals at regular times daily.
