Murcia studies the possibility of implementing the shared taxi in the region
With the aim of promoting the rapid reactivation of the economy once the confinement implemented by the current Covid-19 coronavirus crisis is lifted, the Governing Council of the Region of Murcia has approved a series of measures in terms of urban planning, ports and transports that also include the taxi.
In this sense, it opens the possibility of sharing the taxi service by introducing the hiring of individualized seats.
In addition, the progressive implementation of mobile technologies and applications is promoted and changes are included to make taxi activity more flexible so that they can have nine-seater vehicles.
