Andrey Dorofeev, Deputy General Director of GAC Motor RUS, hinted that there is no talk of building a new enterprise: the Chinese company is considering the possibility of partnerships with existing underutilized car factories and producing their cars at their facilities.
The top manager added that while GAC Motor is a young brand in the Russian market, and the primary task is to develop a dealer network. Also, GAC marketers will have to decide on a model that is advisable to localize in Russia or the CIS countries.
