During the hearing, the judge qualified his detention as legal and the Public Ministry of the Central Strategic Investigation Prosecutor’s Office charged him with possible crimes against health, in its modality of drug dealing, hypothesis of possession for the purpose of trade and bribery.
With regard to Édgar “Z”, who was arrested last Sunday with the wheelbarrow and the boxes in which the bodies of the 12 and 14 year olds were transported, his hearing was this Friday.
After the duplicity of the constitutional term was accepted, the hearing resumed with the precedent that the judge qualified the detention as legal and the agent of the Public Ministry of the Prosecutor’s Office for Strategic Investigation of the Crime of Homicide made an accusation, for which the informal preventive detention was confirmed as a precautionary measure and he was linked to proceedings.
The deadline for the closure of the complementary investigation set by the judge was three months.
Alan and Héctor disappeared on October 27 after going to the Church of San Hipólito. With deception they were led to the place in which they were tortured and later killed.
The authorities continue with the investigations to determine the motive for the crime and the possible participation of more people in it.
