Moroccan reports said that there are 4 referees nominated to run the final of the Horn of Africa between Al-Ahly and Zamalek, to be held on the 27th of this November at the Burj Al Arab Stadium in Alexandria.
According to the Moroccan newspaper Al-Mukhtab, the referee committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has nominated 4 referees to manage the African Champions League final.
The newspaper stated that CAF nominated Algerian Mustafa Ghorbal, Moroccan Radwan Jaid, South African Victor Gomez and Ethiopian Bamlak Tessema to run the final match, while Gambi Bakari Jasama was excluded from the African Union nominations.
It is worth noting that Al-Ahly and Zamalek reached the final of the tournament after eliminating Wydad (5-1) and Raja (4-1) – respectively – in the semi-finals.
