Republican Asa Block Biden’s Victory in Pennsylvania Rejected by Supreme Court

Washington DC

Republican Party who overshadowed Donald Trump trying to block the victory of the Democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden. The Republic asked for vote counting in Pennsylvania to stop. However, the request was denied Supreme Court (MA) AS.

Reported AFP, Saturday (7/11/2020), if Biden manages to win in Pennsylvania, then he will win the presidency.

The latest appeal to an emergency order calls for the court to freeze the handling of thousands of ballots sent – most of whom are believed to be in favor of Biden – arriving after election day November 3, which Republicans say should be disqualified.

The petition asks the court to order Pennsylvania election officials to confiscate all ballots received after Tuesday and not count them.

The petition indicated that Republicans could ask the court to review pre-election challenges to the Pennsylvania government’s decision to accept late-arriving ballots.

“Given the results of the November 3, 2020 general election, the vote in Pennsylvania will probably determine the next president of the United States,” the Pennsylvania County Republican Party team said in its argument.

“It is unclear whether all 67 district electoral bodies separate late-arriving ballots,” they added.
