These retail brands are most interchangeable for German customers

Ikea, Manufactum and Amazon can be happy: In a current study by BBDO strategy consulting Batten & Company they are the most distinctive brands in German retail. Other retailers, on the other hand, do significantly worse. In the study carried out with the market research institute Yougov, consumers found 78 percent of the 92 brands examined to be interchangeable. Only 22 percent are unique in the eyes of consumers.
