Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 – the popular refurbishment of the skate series’ first two games – gets a big new update this week. Publisher Activision can tell you that.
Via their websites Activision explains that the update – which will be free for everyone who owns the game – brings a number of news. Perhaps the biggest of these is the Solo Tours feature, which makes it easier to upgrade all the skaters in the game.

In Solo Tours, players choose one skater to complete all courses with. All goals and medals are reset, so you can earn experience points faster to upgrade your character. Propulsion from the original mode remains, but is moved to a separate Crew Tours mode.

Furthermore, the update with over 100 new challenges entices players to hone in on. With these, you get even more opportunities to collect experience points, as well as money to spend on new boards and clothes.
Speaking of cosmetics, the update throws in a number of news for players who like to dress up. Among these is a package of Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time-inspired items, including a board and various shirts and hats.
The update will be released on November 6.
