1. Spotting yellow, red, or brown

2. Dark spots
Dark, velvety patches usually appear on the neck, armpits, groin or other places. This condition shows too much insulin in the blood. These patches are a sign of prediabetes. The medical name for this condition is acanthosis nigricans.
3. Blisters
Although it’s not very common, in some cases, people with diabetes may notice blisters appearing on the skin. These blisters usually appear on the hands, feet, and forearms and look like blisters that appear after a serious burn. Unlike the blisters caused by burns, they are painless.
4. Wounds are difficult to heal
High blood sugar levels for a long period of time can lead to poor blood circulation and nerve damage. Poor blood circulation and damaged nerves can make it difficult for the body to heal wounds. Especially for the feet. This open wound is called a diabetic ulcer.
5. The skin is very itchy and dry
People who have diabetes most likely have dry, itchy skin. Poor blood circulation due to diabetes can cause dry and itchy skin. If your skin feels very dry and no moisturizer can handle it, it’s time to see a doctor.
6. Scaly patches in the eye area
High levels of fat in the blood can cause yellow, scaly patches around the eyes. It can also be a sign that you have uncontrolled diabetes. This condition is called xanthelasma.
