WWK has expanded the benefits of its motor insurance. The tariff variant comprehensive insurance Kfz plus now also offers insurance cover for roof avalanches. In addition, the insurance conditions with regard to automated and autonomous driving have been specified.

WWK Allgemeine Versicherung AG recently presented a new, more powerful motor vehicle insurance policy. In the tariff variant Hull Insurance Kfz plus there is now also insurance cover in case of roof avalanches or if door and ignition locks have to be replaced as a result of robbery or burglary. The tariff also includes compensation for the new price and a purchase price compensation. The collision with animals of all kinds as well as the consequential damage from animal bite or short-circuit damage are covered.
Insurance conditions specified
Furthermore, the WWK has also specified the insurance conditions with regard to automated and autonomous driving. This now also covers damage caused by the failure of assistance systems, an error as a result of a software update by the manufacturer or a hacker attack on the vehicle software.
Additional options
With additional options, especially for cars, the insurance cover can be customized. For example, an optional workshop management system for a premium discount is new. In the event of damage, repairs are carried out in a partner workshop, and the customer can use free services such as a pick-up and delivery service or a replacement vehicle. In addition, there are the additional options Kasko Xtra protection, driver accident protection, discount protection, vehicle insurance cover and GAP cover especially for leased vehicles.
Via the WWK customer information portal, insured persons can independently issue an international insurance card or temporarily expand the agreed group of drivers free of charge. (tk)
