Green will be the country that is being tested enough, and in the last two weeks there will be less than 25 new cases of covidu-19 per 100,000 inhabitants, and less than two percent of the tests will be positive. From Monday, it will only affect the Vatican from EU countries. There will be a medium risk of infection where, according to positive tests, there are over two percent and less than 250 cases of coronavirus per 100,000 population in the last two weeks. When traveling to R from these countries, only long-term foreign workers will have to submit a negative test for covid-19, not a pendle. From Monday, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Greece and Cyprus will be included in this group.

Countries with positive tests above three percent and more than 250 cases of coronavirus per 100,000 population in the last two weeks will be at high risk of infection. The ervench stt will be obliged to be tested when traveling back to the Czech Republic, foreigners coming to R will also have to take the tests. It will be necessary to fill in the form for the hygienic station. The exception will be pendles or or students when moving regularly to certain countries.
However, according to the Minister of Minister Martin Smolek, the EU list is a highly recommended EU, not imposed by the national conditions of individual member states. At the same time, according to Petek, it is possible that the traffic light will also take into account the individual regions. Thus, and the situation in Spain, for example, will improve, but one region will remain at risk, so according to the data at the European level, we should approach you to the restrictions for a specific region, said the minister. According to him, the same applies to Czech.
The European Commission therefore recommends that the Member States use more than one cross-validated PCR test for both travel and antigen tests. According to Petek, R clearly supports this. The results of antigenic tests are within about 15 minutes, but they are less reliable. In the case of nasopharyngeal infestation with ticks in a reliable PCR test, the result is poor and lasts significantly, so it is expensive.
From non-European countries, I can travel to R without a test or quarantine from Singapore, Japan, Jin Korea, New Zealand, Thailand and Australia, Smolek said. According to him, the Ministry of Health should always publish the update of the European travel traffic light and non-EU states, and it will apply from Monday.
However, the ministry does not recommend traveling to other states unless necessary. The situation in Europe is deteriorating and not stable outside the EU, Petek said. Our recommendation is clear. If this is not necessary, then I would not, for example, be on holiday, but the borders are not closed. It is up to each citizen to decide and his responsibilities, he said.
