For a number of years there have also been some standard sizes of course. Especially in the large format. 55, 58, 65, 70, 75, 77 and on. A difference of 2 “diagonal would probably still be suitable, so that perhaps not so much has to be adjusted to the interior.
It starts to get more expensive when concealed cables have to be replaced. Or, for example, when switching to an HDMI 2.1 television, the AV receiver must also switch to HDMI 2.1, these are extra costs that might make you wait a bit longer with the purchase of a new television.

For our current television we had a television that worked with a lamp, actually a bit like a beamer, but all in a large cupboard. We could still order the lamps online after about 9 years, even though it was ‘only’ a JVC. We switched to a different television because of the new techniques (SD to 4K) and the almost annual cost of buying a new lamp.
