In France, at the age of 84, actor Claude Giraud, who played in three parts of the Angelique franchise, has died, the newspaper Montagne reports.

According to the publication, the funeral will pass November 7.
Giraud played the role of the Marquis Philippe du Plessis de Bellier – cousin and then wife of Angelica – in the films Angelica – Marquis of Angels (1964), Angelica in Anger (1965) and Angelica and the King (1966).
