How to get free electricity in November is not much different from before, through the PLN website and WhatsApp.
The stimulus program is in the form of free electricity tokens or a 50% discount for some categorized customers.
However, this free electricity token is intended for 450 Volt Ampere (VA) kWh customers.
Meanwhile, customers with subsidized 900 VA kWh get electricity tokens with a 50% discount.
The program has been running for seven months from April to October 2020.
On November 1, 2020, it runs the eighth month which will end until December 2020.
Therefore, it can be claimed for the eighth month or November 2020 program which usually starts on the 1st.
There are two types of claim methods, either by accessing the official PLN website, www.pln.co.id or PLN WA number, 08122123123.
