Lawyers doubt parts of the recent lockdown and expect numerous proceedings before the highest courts before the new measures even come into force. The President of the Austrian Bar Association (ÖRAK) even demands from Interior Minister Karl Nehammer (ÖVP) a decree that urges the executive to punish mildly.
