BUKITTINGGI-Four members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) Siliwangi Chapter Bandung Indonesia were named suspects because they were involved the beating of two TNI soldiers Kodim 0304 / Agam, works as an entrepreneur and student.

“One student with the initials BS (18) meanwhile, MS (49), HS (48) and JAD (26) are entrepreneurs, on average yes entrepreneurs, I don’t ask for details that are clearly self-employed. Meanwhile, HS works in the construction section and mostly lives in West Java, “said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bukittinggi Police, AKP Chairul Amri Nasution, Sunday (1/11/2020).

The Bukittinggi Police have named the four as suspects where initially the initial suspects MS (49) and BS (18) were named as suspects on Saturday (31/10/2020), from the police statement MS allegedly slammed members of the TNI and BS kicked the victim twice.
While the other two suspects HS (48) and JAD (26) were both named suspects on this Sunday (11/1), they were suspected of having participated in beating two members of the TNI Serda MY and Serda Mis, this was from witness testimony and CCTV footage. The four suspects were charged under Article 170 junto 351 KUHPidana with the threat of a sentence of seven years in prison.
