Avoid excessive intake of spicy foods, because acidic foods can cause a pH imbalance, and smoking also increases the risk of cervical cancer, and studies have shown that tobacco damages the DNA of cervical cells and contributes to the development of cervical cancer.
3- Drinking water
Drink lots of water and fluids to keep the urinary tract clean and healthy.Water helps flush out toxins from the body and maintains the body’s pH balance, and due to excessive sweating and insufficient fluid intake, one tends to lose body fluids and salts that can lead to a burning sensation during Urination and irritation of the intimate area, if not taken care of, this may be another cause of a urinary tract infection.
