Working student (m / f / d) offline & online marketing

We are looking for reinforcement in our marketing department in Berlin. Frankonia Vermögensverwaltungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH belongs to the association of the Moses Mendelssohn Foundation and the FDS non-profit foundation and has been active as a property portfolio holder and project developer since 1996. Our Germany-wide projects in the field of subsidized housing as well as senior and student housing have a special social relationship. As a team, we create urgently needed affordable housing for people in the lower income bracket.

This is what you can expect from us

• Development of project presentations
• Participation in the creation of brochures, flyers and other advertising materials
• Online marketing support
• Real estate research
• Communication with external marketing agencies
