The Mandello del Lario factory will be redeveloped thanks to an intervention by the architect Greg Lynn
The Moto Guzzi plant will have a new breath. On the occasion of the brand’s centenary, which will be celebrated next year, the Piaggio board of directors (which met to approve the accounts for the third quarter of the year) approved the redevelopment project of the historic factory in Mandello del Lario ( Lecco), entrusted to Greg Lynn, a world-famous American architect and designer as well as CEO of Piaggio Fast Forward. The project involves an important conservative redevelopment that will involve the whole area, from production to offices, to the museum wing where the Moto Guzzi models that trace the history of the company from 1921 to today are exhibited.
