CD Projekt not happy with December Cyberpunk 2077 release

Jokes that Cyberpunk will supposedly be released not earlier than 2077 are gradually ceasing to be so funny

CD Projekt has proven that in its quest to port Cyberpunk 2077, it won’t be stopped even if the game goes gold. If it somehow miraculously grows together with the December release, then it is possible that the company will prohibit stores from selling discs with the game already on display. In any case, such an impression may well develop after the recent statement by the head of CDPR Adam Kichinsky, voiced during a conversation with investors.

“We are confident. The game can already be released on the 19th [ноября], and an additional three weeks will allow us to fix various bugs. This may not suit us, but we are sure [в новой дате]».

Earlier, CDPR had already justified the next – already the third in a row – transfer by the fact that the studio suddenly had problems with optimizing the game on consoles of the outgoing generation, for which Cyberpunk 2077 was developed over the past few years.
