Komerčka will reduce the operation of branches, ČSOB will lay off

On Tuesday and Thursday – they will all have branches open only from 9 am to 12 noon. They are also open from 1 pm to 5 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 1 pm to 3 pm on Fridays. They are closed on weekends.

Opening hours are the same for all 242 branches. “It will make it possible to adjust their operation with a view to a possible increase in the number of unavailable employees due to illness, quarantine or treatment of a family member. At the same time, the measure will allow a larger number of KB employees to work from home, who can serve clients remotely, ”adds Hiršl.

An unnamed source in the newspaper said that a total of four hundred people should leave the bank next year. When canceling positions, ČSOB also uses the retirement of employees.
