In any case, I can advise everyone NOT to buy stuff DIRECTLY from Netatmo.

If it is not delivered (due to an error on the label or postnl), there is almost no contact with Netatmo support. This has to be done via their FAQ (there is no ticket system / telephone number), after which you will receive a response after 5 working days if you are lucky. Read only half your story and make all kinds of assumptions. Like with me that it has been delivered while it says ‘returned to sender’ where it is ‘delivered’.

I have now been exactly a month further and this morning I finally got my money back from an undelivered doorbell. For this I had to send 8 messages, call PostNL twice, submit a handwritten and signed ‘statement of honor’, send my identification and threaten with legal action or activate MasterCard …

Tip, just wait a week and buy at the local Amac or something. I finally did when I saw that it would never be delivered again.

By the way, satisfied with the doorbell, I don’t even have a ‘chime’ linked to the doorbell, the Homepods through the house are my chime. (previously had a KAKU setup – which does not work with Netatmo)
