In Ohio, a 91-year-old man had to be hospitalized after mistakenly receiving two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The man had to be placed under observation in a rehabilitation clinic, as his body went into shock and he suffered an overdose.
According to the story told by Smith’s daughter for ABCNews, a nurse asked for Victor in the apartment where his father was and they gave him his room, however, it was another man with the same name.
On January 22, Smith received two vaccines from the biological and upon realizing it, he expressed the information to his family, who reported it to the doctors in charge.
The City Hamilton and Community First Solutions Hospital have already launched an investigation into the events.
