But we will resume the talks as soon as possible ”, explained the managing director Sport. “It is still our goal to extend his contract,” he emphasized.

Pavlenka moved from his native Czech Republic in 2017 Slavia Prague to Northern Germany. Since then, the 1.96 meter tall goalkeeper has been an undisputed regular player. At the start of the current season, however, he was left out due to persistent back problems and was taken by Michael Zetterer (26) represented.
