The victim’s father added that his son’s relationship with the accused was continuous and good until the victim found out that the accused was using drugs, so he decided to boycott him, as the problems started between them .

According to the father of the victim, the accused was deliberately sitting inside the bar owned by the victim, and one day the brother of the victim approached him, asking him not to sit inside the bar due to his drug abuse, then he attacked and wounded him, and consequently skirmishes and quarrels between the victim and the accused.

The father adds that as the wedding of his victim’s son approached, a friend of the accused offered to reconcile the accused and the victim, who agreed to a reconciliation session.

However, when he went to them to conclude the reconciliation, the accused was as if he had the help of his brothers and shot him and two of his friends, and was shot 9 times, after which he was transferred to Qasr Al-Aini Hospital, where he remained in intensive care for 8 days until his death.

The Public Prosecution issued the burial permit after the character’s anatomical report was received by forensics, the criminal investigation into the incident and its circumstances, and the question of the eligibility of the deceased and eyewitnesses to the incident.

The security services went to the scene, and it was found that the victim had died of 9 gunshot wounds, which caused his death when he arrived at the hospital, and he remained there for several days until his death.
