This follows from the data, as of January 31 of this year, that the government has provided a parliamentary response to the deputies of the PP Óscar Gamazo and Jaime Mateo Istúriz, reports the agency Eph.
Above the national average are located Melilla (23%) and Ceuta (18%), in addition to Almería and the Balearic Islands, with 13% in each case; Girona, Granada and Santa Cruz de Tenerife (12%); and Cádiz, Ciudad Real, Huelva, Lleida, Málaga, Murcia, Las Palmas and Tarragona (11%).
At the opposite extreme, Guipuzcoa, Madrid and Navarra Are the provinces with the lowest proportion vehicles without insurance: 6%
