PALEMBANG, iNews.id – Nine health workers (Nakes) Mohammad Hosein Hospital (RSMH) Palembang, which had been injected with the Sinovac vaccine, was positive Covid-19. President Director RSMH Palembang, Bambang Eko Subaryanto said there were a number of factors his employees were still infected with corona.
“After being vaccinated, it does not mean that someone is immune to the corona virus. They will still be exposed if they do not apply health protocols,” said RSMH Palembang President Director, Bambang Eko Subaryanto, Seasa (9/2/2021).
The health workers had previously undergone the first stage of vaccination. Therefore, according to him, there are two factors that might cause the transmission of the virus. “First they could have been exposed first and become OTG. Because before the vaccine, PCR was not done first,” he said.
