9 free government services for residents of removed slums in Jeddah – News 24 – Akhbaar24

The Emirate of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region clarified the free government services provided to residents of slums whose homes have been removed in Jeddah Governorate, noting that the value of rents paid to residents amounted to 589.5 million riyals.

The emirate pointed out that the number of services provided since the beginning of the removal last October to date has reached 101.8 thousand services; The services included: paying rents, food baskets, medicine, meals, baggage transportation, and infant formula.

She added that the services also included the employment of 269 male and female citizens, the accommodation of more than 24,000 families, in addition to the delivery of 794 developmental housing units.
