Head of PJR Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya Kompol Sutikno said the incident occurred at GT Tomang towards the inner city toll road on Sunday (22/5) at around 10.00 WIB. The case started when Pajero driver grabbing the queue at the location.
“At 10.10 WIB, it was observed that Pajero was trying to grab the queue (of the Yaris car),” Sutikno told reporters, Monday (23/5).
The action of the Pajero driver who preceded the queue was then reprimanded by the driver of the Yaris car. However, the reprimand was apparently thought to have triggered an increasingly tense atmosphere.
The Pajero driver then got out of his car. He then approached the driver of the Yaris car, which resulted in an argument that led to the Pajero driver slapping him.
“At 10.11 WIB there was an argument. At 10.12 WIB (the vehicle) continued to walk,” explained Sutikno.
