Bourliakas said that many people find it hard to believe his age when they see him running.
He said: “Why don’t you believe that? We are all capable (of anything) as long as we like.”
In his training routine, the 88-year-old runs 4 to 5 kilometers a day and up to 20 kilometers on weekends.
He said: “I have never smoked, drank, or stayed up late at night. I eat in a balanced way, everything but in moderation.”
